Details about my office:
My office has a fresh air balcony and is located in Denver near Colorado Boulevard and I-25 in the Colorado Executive Club Building. The building has an entrance at both the frontside doors on Jackson Street and the backside doors via the above ground Visitor Parking Lot. Use either. Once inside, take the elevator to the 9th Floor and turn right to Suite 901. Sit quietly in the waiting room or help yourself to some water or a warm beverage in the kitchen.
Parking:
There is free street parking on South Jackson Street in front of the building. Enter the lobby from the front of the building. There is also 2 hour free parking in the above ground Visitor Parking Lot behind the building designated by signs “Visitor Parking.” From there, enter the lobby from the back of the building.

Video Counseling Sessions are conducted using an online portal agreed upon in advance.
PAYMENT (credit, cash or check)
Sessions are generally 50 minutes = $160
75 minutes (recommended for couples) = $200, OR 90 minutes = $240
I DO reserve spaces for clients needing a sliding scale fee $130-$155 and lower in some cases.
Longer appointments are available at an additional cost.
* Video Counseling (Telemedicine) and Phone sessions are billed at the same in-person rate. I accept credit cards, cash, and checks.
INSURANCE:
Sessions billed to insurance are typically limited to 45-50 minutes due to the constraints of what insurance deems "medically necessary" and are willing to reimburse. I am happy to provide a receipt for services. Because all insurance companies are different, I advise clients to check with their individual providers for eligibility terms and reimbursement rates. In today's healthcare system, you should be aware of a few points when electing to use your insurance: you will be given a diagnosis, your carrier has the right to review your file, your progress, and to a generous degree, dictate your treatment and amount of covered sessions.
I participate "IN NETWORK" with the following Insurance Networks.
CANCELATION POLICY:
48 hour advance notice is expected. You will be charged the full fee if you call within less than 48 hours. Insurance does NOT reimburse for late cancellations. In this case, clients using insurance will be charged the contracted rate for a missed session.
